Vacation Apartment
in the Quaint Village "La-Torre".
A magical vacation apartment awaits you is in the pastoral village of "La-Torre"
situated overlooking the beautiful Lake Como.
The apartment is located in a rustic villa positioned among charming
passageways and includes two bedrooms, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen,
two showers and two washrooms.
Prices are per week (7 nights) and include: bed linen, towels and
electricity:
April – June: 600 Euros
July – September: 700 Euros
Final cleaning: 65 Euros
Refundable deposit: 150 Euros
Please note that the access to the app is only by foot. Cars can be parked
on the public ground (free) distance about 150 meters from the house, and
from there, an old stone pathway leads to the downhill. There are some steps
up to the app.
It is possible – but not easy – to pull trolley bags.
From the apartment, one can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Lake
and the surrounding green gardens filled with an array of fruit trees. We
invite you to taste the Italian countryside, smell the fragrant olive trees,
inhale the crisp air and enjoy the panoramic view of the serene Lake Como -
all a short driving distance from the colorful towns that encircle the lake.
At the entrance to the village lies an ancient church that leads into ancient
cobblestone pathways which ascends into the mountainside. The pathways weave
through charming plazas filled with the friendly locals who possess a
naturally helpful demeanor unique to these small country villages.
In between the plazas and the small villas, the locals cultivate small green
gardens and it's not uncommon to find turkeys, sheep, goats and dogs
scampering around.
Walking down the pathways of La-Torre, one can enjoy the beautiful and
peaceful lakeside view, the endless vegetation, and the vastness of the
surrounding mountains, complete with the white sailboats that occasionally
drift by.
This pastoral and tranquil village is just a quick drive away from the
fashionable surrounding towns and the bustle of the Lake Como area that's
complete with a variety of activities: great restaurants and cafes along the
banks of the river, fine boutique shops and vibrant markets. In the
summertime, one can enjoy delightful local street performances and the area is
filled with people of all ages enjoying the idyllic atmosphere.
